Just launched. I can't see the usual 0.5% cash back. Is this just overlooked or SS has changed their mind about this stimulus?

Well it's selling like 'Hot Cakes'.. I guess since it's the only new investment going there won't be any need for the 0.5% cash back. I'm just glad I caught it

Oops... Very Sorry... it was my first ever post. Maybe it was just my excitement or perhaps the fact I was using rather a small screen, or then again maybe I really should have put the right glasses on. But then again... It's Friday :-) ..!!

Just over half of the 'Hot Cakes' have now been sold-- the rest of the 'Hot Cakes' will probably now be cold and keep alright in 'Fridge' until tomorrow.
P.S. I will have to ask SS for the 'Hot Cakes' recipe

Savingstream - what is the position vis-a-vis the expiring planning permission please (March 2015)?

As long as work begins before this date apparently it is acceptable. There is plant machinery on site. Our solicitor has also raised a query as he believes the expiry date on the valuation to be an error and should be March 2017.

I am no expert on planning matters but I think the solicitor is probably right. Here is the planning consent which is dated 31 March 2014 at the bottom of page 1. <deleted>

I rather think that link needs deleting ASAP. Going, going... I am always willing to learn the error of my ways, so please explain what is wrong with the link. As far as I am aware planning documents are information available to the public (otherwise I would not have been able to find it!) Is it not the intention of SS mentioning the planning document number so that we can look it up? If not, how are we able to use this information?
