I've read all the RM instructions, examples, and T&Cs that I can find on this subject, but... does anyone actually KNOW the answer to this (I have two or three conflicting guesses based on various ways of interpreting the literature):
I have >£200 worth of stamps to swap. Let's say they comprise: 51 @ £5 30 @ 31p 30 @ 32p 30 @ 33p
I want to send them all in one go with the >£200 form. How should I bag them, and what do I write in the "Number of bags of 50 stamps" box?

I split my stamps into small bundles, sent individually on different days. I used multiple of the standard forms rather than >£200 form. For books with some missing I wrote the number of stamps on the outside. Less chance of them all disappearing.

Mine 'disappeared' predictably and because the freepost address didn't give a postcode I was told I could send it proof of delivery. £15 lost. Not impressed.

Yes, I thought the entire "system" was ill thought out and obviously wide open to, errrr, "mistakes." I too was fully expecting and resigned to my entire swag being lost and me subsequently being told to fornicate off, but lo and behold, I got my new barcoded replacement stamps last week. I guess you gotta have some luck, some of the time.

It seems Beeb reported "fake" RM stamps are being sold in legit stores in the UK. Better buy postage from an app and ask postman pat to bring the real one and collect the letter for free.

Clearing out a cupboard the other day I found 5 old first class stamps. That's £6.75 I'll never see again.

I've got stamps to sell so you can recover your losses, 1st class 10p, ask no questions, perforations slightly off, nothing to worry about as PO head couldn't tell the difference.

No, that would have added insult to injury.
