Temporary halting of withdrawals

I've been unable to make any withdrawals this afternoon and have been greeted with "Lender withdrawals have been temporarily halted whilst activity is taking place either platform wide or on a specifc loan you are invested into. They will be active again very shortly, thank you."

I'm not sure if it is a system wide suspension or is due to specific loans I hold.  Does anyone know if this is common and how long it typically takes PL to process loan adjs from previous experience?
