does KF have opt out of auto invest on loans like CP. noticed latest 3 tier loan pic**dy st which failed miserably to get funded has tier 2 funded to the the tune of 142k and tier 3 funded to the tune of 200k by auto invest. i am not in auto invest but not sure i would like my funds being put into certain loans especially one with a desk top valuation at over 71% LTV. it ssems they get their fees one way or another thanks to lenders in auto invest. Personally I would go for Tier 1's only which in this case has LTV of 25.08%. Should be safe even if the valuation is way over.

I don't need any more reasons to stop investing in KUF but a new tier 1 loan has been funded sometime today and I haven't received a new loan email notification, .
How the hell are these tier 2 loans offering an extra 1% being funded, that's P2P for you ?

My guess autoinvest funding, as I'm out the loop too, since I started withdrawing

I've just received an email advertising another 2-tiered loan, in case you didn't.

There is a page of communication preferences somewhere but it's not available inside my account. All I can do is choose the type of communication e.g. email. I know it exists because when I click on the unsubscribe link in one of their emails it brings up the page but with someone else's name not mine.

New loan appeared. 9.38% tier 1 24% LTV. House prices in London though, must be a great place to live and no beach!
Kuflink have invested a good 5 figure chunk in the tier 4 loan.

Kuflink have also took a good chunk five figure sum in fees for this loan also.over 30k in fees and 20k thrown in to tier 4 so a nice deal and how to make money using other peoples [lenders] money with very little risk. except for lenders.
