I think I'd worry far more about her being out so late etc. The law needs to be clear.

Is this clear? www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1994/33/section/154If the photographer's behaviour is intended to cause distress, it's illegal.

What annoys me is that there are plenty of similar warnings before programmes like 'it aint half hot mum', 'Porridge' and 'only fools', but not before 'Citizen Khan' (you know the sitcom where Mr Khan constantly refers to a red headed white man as 'ginger' and when asked what Pakistan was like he said it's the same as Birmingham but but there aren't so many muslims living there).

Another well explained story here doesn't even make clear it was the burglars that were shot by the homeowner not the other way round. but in the heat of the moment, how could you be sure the crime has already taken place inside home? 🤔 If something has been taken out without authorisation at home, I assume the person is already outside home unless they are lured back in for whatever reason.

Theoretically, if the thugs are proven to be non-human / non animal, like zombies or robots, it might be okay to “terminate” with a quick weapon.
