[Social Services are also experts at using systems to hide behind, in a meeting about one of my daughters I was told some historic data was on an old computer system and could not be retrieved, I suggested they ask IT if it could be retrieved, and they said "IT won't be able to get access if our staff can't". At that point I asked if I could speak to the chair privately. I explained I was a senior member of IT, covering that Local Authority, and that I knew the system was working in other offices, and that I would ensure the data could be retrieved. Oddly the next day a support call was logged to fix it ( I made a point of not being the person who fixed it but I went and sat in front of a working machine to ensure my colleague had all the drivers etc ), but guess what one disk and it's backup went AWOL, bet no-one can guess which disk may have had the information on. Just got up this morning and found out my credit score is down by 107 points. The reason I have been given was one of my electoral record has been removed by council (not being SHARED by council) Why? Because it was considered too old! 14 years too old!

Credit scores are meaningless anyway - but, yes, of course they take account of a (non-)verifiable address. But don't you confirm your electoral record annually anyway?

Even if the financial institutions thinks credit score is meaningless, the change on my record like this might not be meaningless to them. It’s like I wasn’t present in the UK 14 years ago due to Council stop sharing old electoral data.
It’s not like I have changed my address or trails of my addresses recently

Yes, I have replied electoral record this year and I can see my latest electoral record is up to date. But the electoral record prior 14 years ago have been removed after the council stops sharing data for that particular address
