His drug use doesn't seem to do much damage to his businesses . He openly smoked a joint online, investors don't care as long as the share price(*tesla excl)keeps rising.

Tesla is the only public company. I doubt his private investors would be airing their views about him, more likely selling up quietly at the right moment.
