I just added up the bids for the recently ended 12766 - they add up to exactly the total loan amount - but FC seem to have forgotten about the 10% for BBB??
Unfortunate as that £17,500 would take out my bids For loans that have ended, the BBB appears in the bids list. In this case in position 1919 with a bid for £17,500 at 10.8%. Seems your bids are safe!

I've seen this several times, not just a display issue since I've accidentally sold parts too cheaply since I didn't notice that Faltering Calculations had added some random number to the sale price which then distorts what you're led to believe is the buyer rate

It usually adds up right when the music stops - it's during the auction that it is screwed up. Even wonkier example - 12927, where the auction list and the individual loan page disagree about the size of the auction by a mere factor of 2-ish. 8>.

I have found for some months that 'Funds available' does not update correctly: the last bid is always ignored.

That's not the only glitch on the Faulty Counters website. The funds shown as "available" at the top of my SM page (Loan Parts) only changes when I log out and log in again, otherwise it remains stuck on the same figure all day. Keep meaning to see if it's only on Chrome or a generic problem across all browsers.

Funds available doesn't change immediately, but it does if I go back to the Summary screen. I don't need to log out / in again.

I'm using the same version of Chrome and, even if I open a new tab, then click on my FC bookmark to give me a second window and then go to Loan Parts, it shows the value of funds available from when I first logged in (ie. not even the value at that moment).

Repayment run seems to have failed last night. No account movement since about 21.00 last night. Does not bode well for the normal post bank holiday mess.

And, despite an email from FC saying they had applied a fix for the 'too many bids shown as live' problem, it just came back (13005 currently has about £10k too many in). Hopefully they may have set up a detection/alert system, so it will get fixed before tomorrow AM. Hopefully. (still no number for me to alert them on). So calculators out again, folks.

Just as broken as yesterday. A repayment run seems to have taken place over night, but there are still pages of loans "in progress". On Funny Crabs forum someone has sent two message, but there is no comment or reply. I purchased a part on the SM, but my amount available did not up date, nor was the transaction recorded in the log. Although the system did know I had too little in the account to purchase more parts. FC, if you do look at this forum you will note we are not impressed.

I suppose it would not look good to have a permanent SNAFU notice with today's specials on the summary page.

I see there is now a note in the 'Help centre' about the payment run problem. The note has no time/date stamp - this shows a poor understanding of information. While I'm here, I'll sound off about the banner message that refers to the 'Help centre' without actually including a link to it. And if you look for a link to that 'centre' on the summary page you won't find it until you reach the other end of the page. And of course when you do find it, it is actually called something different viz 'Help'. There are multiple failures here: design, proof reading, ergonomics ...
