One hypothesis could be that it's this very loan causing problems - as they attempt to distributed TWO payments for the same loan in the same repayment run. (e.g. triggering some code that was supposed to be flagging up duplicate transactions) You might not be wrong. Suddenly, I have no more "processing", but... guess what? THAT loan is still "late", with the two promised payments still outstanding.

I have investigated this with our Payments and Collections teams, and I can see that the issue is in fact that the comment is incorrect; the business was 4 payments in arrears, and the funds received were for February and March, not April and May. A corrective comment has now been added, and I apologise for any inconvenience or concern this has caused. Ohfertheloveofgawdhowbloodydifficultcanitbe...? Stand down the Frosty Champagne. Mind you, if you want some Funny Comedy, try 7396 - they of the 21-day cheque clearing. That's actually cleared and been distributed (after 14 days!) according to the comment... But just look at the repayment tab... 20/03/2015 £2,419.45 7 paid 20/04/2015 £2,419.45 8 late 20/05/2015 £2,419.45 9 paid

Working OK here from all sorts of browsers on all sorts of platforms. Suggest you flush your cache, clear your cookies, and start again (or try another PC / tablet / whatever). On a really bad day you might need to reboot your PC and router too. [Yes, I know it's unbelievable that Failed Computers might be running OK, but heck, it is Saturday PM].

Needed to clear cache in Chrome.

Site seems to be broken again (for me anyway) 17:50 Tuesday. It's telling me I have zero funds and the pie chart has vanished.
Edit: Recovered again a few minutes later.

On the plus side, both of my accounts have been balanced penny-perfect for at least 3 weeks now despite lots of buying and selling activity. Whisper it quietly, but could the days of regular transaction errors be behind us .... ?

Indeed. Fundamentalist Cromagnons have been fixing this "glitch" for over a week now.

Indeed. Fundamentalist Cromagnons have been fixing this "glitch" for over a week now. No, that is incorrect. The problem occurred when the loan was accepted early by the borrower on 15/06/15, so 2 days ago rather than 'over a week' ago.
