Hmmm, 7 additional pages of "Processing" loan parts this morning. I hope to God it's a website issue rather than another swathe of loans heading south.

Alternatively, it's a handy way of holding over more recycled money to put into dodgy A+ loans on the PM today, rather than having it spent on SM loan part purchases last night (when there was nothing much on the PM to spend it on)?

Edit: -just realised that this was the one that was listed with ambiguous details: cashback symbol, but no text stating cashback on the written details. Looks like the relevant field on some database page has not received the required tick.

I don't have mine yet as far as I can see. Some parts are up on the market at a discount - so I presume it is some kind of 'slow' distribution because of the ambiguous listing. The Q&A note is still there stating it has CB!

Just eMailed Failed Cashback as I presume all the cogs have turned and I still do not have the money.
I'll have to trawl through the overnight transactions to check if they slip it in there.

I have been graced with two replies from FC about missing Cash Back.
First timed 10.42 today says that it was distributed between 4 and 5 pm yesterday.
Second timed 11.00 today that I should ignore the previous message and it was not distributed.
"Upon further inspection it does seem that the cashback for loan 17849 is yet to distribute. I have raised this with the tech team who are investigating.
I will be in touch once i have an update from them, we will hope to get this distributed soon."

I like the way they say "the cashback for loan 17849 is yet to distribute" - makes it sound like the cashback's fault and not their fault for leaving the cashback inconsistency in their database even after they'd been questioned on it. Well at least it's not a "technical error" ..... or is it?

The finger has been pointed at the 'tech team' FC IT. We know what that means.

It would appear to be there. Counting up 20p's some of which come from other loans this morning is not fool proof.

Here comes a really good one:
I complained to FC that comments to troubled loans lack a date in their repayments tab. (The time information given is in the format 'day of the week, day of the month, hour, but lacking the year.)
To which FC replied:
"... If you are looking at loans that you own and scroll down to the My Comments section you will see that here it does show the year. Whereas if you look on the repayments tab it does not show the year, having the day there does mean you can work out the year using a calendar. I can understand that this is a more lengthy process..."
