Since yesterday, my "Summary" page has lost the pie-chart, or rather the "Funds Summary" box that the pie-chart sits within is now much shortened and must be scrolled down to reveal it (only the FC Total and Accrued Interest figures are visible before scrolling). I'm running Chrome on a Win10 laptop. Is it just me or has anyone else had this? [It's fine viewed with Edge, but I hate using Edge] Someone must have been hungry.

Chrome and Win10 here too. I do get all sorts of transient problems with Furtive Computing. At the moment it's just Recent Loan Comments in an oversized font.

OK, odd. Clearing all my FC-related cookies hasn't helped. That's pretty much exhausted my PC fix-it knowledge. Try logging out formally from FC using the menu (top right) rather than letting it log you out, then log back in. If that fails, have you tried clearing the Chrome cache - use Ctrl+Shift+Del in Chrome if I remember right, or via the settings menu, then tick the relevant boxes. If that fails, try logging in from an incognito Chrome window to see if it's OK starting from scratch. Clearing the cache hasn't changed anything, nor logging out (which I tend to do anyway), but it looks fine when I open an incognito window. Hopefully it will sort itself out in due course.

Thanks, I always wondered what the incognito window was for.

Just another thought. Try disabling FCviz if you have it, plus any other Chrome extensions (menu, more tools, extensions, untick the boxes) then log out and clear cache and cookies again. If that works, try re-enabling extensions one at a time.

Clear cookies as well as the cache .. that's one thing different if you open an incognito window - new cookies. Yum.

7am this morning: FC database appears to be playing up with shedloads of sensible looking parts available - but when you attempt to buy they are either showing as not available on the first screen or not available if you click through to buy Jack P

I can sell parts of property loan 9728 even though its last repayment is this Sunday, 24th January. Is that intentional...?
Edit: Actually they appear in the "Sell Individually" search (in contrast to late/processing/downgraded parts) but trying to sell them gives an error.

Yes, that is a known bug (or 'feature', since it does let you look at their real interest rate).

The real rates appear in the loan part CSV export these days so it's not as important a feature as it once was, not that I expect it to be fixed any time soon either...

My "Annualised return (after fees and bad debts)" shot up yesterday. Anyone else see anything strange? Yesterday morning it was 10.8% and in the evening 15.9%, which it still is now. I didn't sell a significant quantity of anything, nor did any of my defaulting loans do anything.
Anyone see anything similar, or offer an explanation?
Edit: Just spotted a large reconciliation error on my account. I haven't time to look into it now, but it is probably the cause.

There's a note at the top of the Summary page highlighting a problem with trapped bids yesterday which they are "working to resolve". Not sure why that would drive up the annualised return though, so may be a separate issue. [My Annualised Return seems to have jumped from 15.2% to 15.9% too. Perhaps we're all making 15.9% today!]

My funding circle total on the 'Funds Summary' tab is showing roughly half of what it should do. Quite distressing in a way. Luckily the 'My Loan Parts' tab shows the correct total.
