My "Annualised return (after fees and bad debts)" shot up yesterday. Anyone else see anything strange? Yesterday morning it was 10.8% and in the evening 15.9%, which it still is now. I didn't sell a significant quantity of anything, nor did any of my defaulting loans do anything. Anyone see anything similar, or offer an explanation? Edit: Just spotted a large reconciliation error on my account. I haven't time to look into it now, but it is probably the cause. There's a note at the top of the Summary page highlighting a problem with trapped bids yesterday which they are "working to resolve". Not sure why that would drive up the annualised return though, so may be a separate issue. [My Annualised Return seems to have jumped from 15.2% to 15.9% too. Perhaps we're all making 15.9% today!] Not fair! Mine only jumped to 15.7%. Should I make a Formal Complaint?

For past couple of hours I have noticed that none of the loan parts I have been listed for sale have been showing up in the secondary market listings (but they do show-up on my own loan parts for sale). I know there are times when there are short delays before the secondary loan listing is updated, but generally not hours. It seems to be effecting every loan I've tried so far. Is anyone else having this issue?

No, just tried listing with two different accounts, the other account can see what has been listed straight away. Ok, I just realised I was logged on on the same account........duh

Every time I try to transfer funds onto FC using a debit card I get internal error is anyone else experiencing problems ?

Several apparently, since they now have a banner notice up on summary page.
Personally my money is still going the other way, which still seems to be working .. so far ..

Banner header taken down but still unable to use debit cards on FC has anyone been able to or found a workaround. I know most are taking money out so am I , but I like to have some available in case something interesting comes up on the SM.
Coincidently I had my worse night of SM sales ever which would indicate that others are still having the same problem and that many SM sales are to new money not just repayments.

Well any remaining faith I had with FC is fast evaporating, Debit card interface down since Friday pm still not fixed, can't take manual payments over the phone and takes two days to process a bank transfer. So how is it that MT and FS can do it in minutes ? I also find it incredulous that their tech team were not working over the weekend given without method's of funding FC really will grind to a halt. Only silver lining it will make it even more difficult to fill WB6 although I did see that there was some Autobuddy money added over night plus all the other property loans are struggling as well.

Is it just me or have other people got pages of 'Processing' loans from last night?
Maybe Failed Calendars are having a practice run for next weekend. The 29th Feb is almost certain to cause a major blip in the system. (Technical problem caused by unexpected event)
