Can't get past the login loop from either mobile or desktop. I don't know why they don't just shut the site down until they've made it work.

It's more comprehensively borked than I have ever seen it. I'd take my money and run, except I can't log in to even do that...
Maybe they need another another another (different) Chief Trash Operative? If I were the FCA I wouldn't authorise them to operate a piggy bank. 8>.

I've got around 20% of my FC money sat there gathering dust as all the new loans are being sucked up by autobid. Sometimes I think that FC gets too much grief from the usual moaners and groaners but there's no getting away from the fact that it's IT platform is pish. What worries me more than anything is not the inconvenience that is continually being caused but more the security aspects of the site. If the security software is on a par with the more general functions of the website then it must be considered to be vulnerable to cyber attack.

It's pretty secure at the moment .. nobody can get in. 8>.
Everyone is allowed to have IT issues. I only get cross when they have them for 2-3 years and make little apparent progress (apart from changing the business model to accommodate them).

Logged in but can't see Q&A or Financial Summary on 22106 as though I was not logged in. So logged on again, now can see Q&A and Financial Summary but can't bid or see any details because it says I'm not logged on! Really, F*****-up Computing, this is utterly pathetic!

Noticed I had a another FC tab so refreshed it. Summary Page but where the account details and former pacman wheel should be I get a small version of the login page!

Just logged in again - got the email+pw loop, thought that was it - but clicked 'login' again for the hell of it and it did ! Secure!
Browsed summary, loan requests (9 on the go at the mo), to loan details etc (not sure if I could've actually bid as there's nowt up my alley just now!)
Refreshing the loan requests page then logged me out ............ Hmmmm

KT They just tweeted a picture of 4 of them on some shindig at KPMG..... (Perhaps that's why there's no-one around to fix things) Wouldn't it be more appropriate if they took the site totally down while they fix things - rather than have it flounder as it has been all afternoon?

They do not seem particularly capable. Someone mentioned they had a new CTO? Perhaps they will sort the mess out.
Oh my lord. I looked the new CTO up and he has been there for a year already! He appears only to have made things worse. I wonder whose friend he was.
