... methinks you should return to that planet of exotic hairstyles from whence you evidently came! Forty years may be a bit too far… even if I am now Follicly Challenged.

Following today's advertised works to the Transfer In page (now "powered by Barclaycard"), my company FC account appears happy to accept instant debit card transfers in using my company debit card (previously only permitted for personal accounts). All I need now is some decent rate loans to lend on... … or some 3% cashback. Funny you should say that, but strangely enough there was several thousand pounds of an apparently healthy A rated loan dumped on to the SM this morning at a 3% discount (11334). Certainly made me exercise the new transfer in page. It does happen very occasionally, usually when I'm not really paying attention. I assumed it was FC offloading some parts, although they didn't use an FC name, think it was "St***59". Can't imagine why they felt the need for a 3% discount, unless they're somehow committed to not profit from parts they sell themselves - This is assuming, perhaps wrongly, it was them.

Do they not sell loans parts they purchased outside of the secondary market? I would not have thought they would want that exposure so publicly visible.

They've previously used an ID which was called something like 'FC finance'. In the past, they used to do some pretty odd things, like dumping hundreds of £250 property loan parts at discounts of 5%. There's probably some logic somewhere, unless they're just Feeling Charitable?

Hair is over-rated. Who needs it?

Uh-Oh; The web site is down to a crawl and I've just got the dreaded "500 Internal Server Error".
Maybe they forgot to feed to hamsters before leaving for the weekend.

8120 :
"The Borrower's loan repayments have been received on time in the six month monitoring period and therefore we have reinstated the original risk bank accordingly."
Ah, that well known risk bank. Is that like RBS?

Ah, that well known risk bank. Is that like RBS? Clearly that should say "we have reinstated the original wrist band accordingly".

Abingdon 1 (26088) repaid today (11 months early) but I've only received a small proportion of the monies back into my Available Funds. I don't normally check - have others had similar issues with Fictional Credits?

Also pointed out that new loan 28722 wasnt linking to existing loans. !0 minutes later its disappeared.

My Account has now been credited for 26088. My spreadsheet will pick this sort of error up. Just doing my bit as many others do on the forum !

It's been said many times before, but I'm really fed up my FC total not reconciling with my personal records just because I've made a few rapid SM purchases. I probably went 6 months without ever realising this was happening, and every time you contact support they resolve it and claim that they're 'constantly improving systems' and would have seen it anyway at a later date.
Just imagine the headlines if Amazon billed everyone's credit card at random for various items that have been ordered but were never delivered, and then when challenged said "but we would have credited it back eventually", and then done that again and again and again.
It's totally unacceptable, and I'm not sure why they think this isn't an IT issue that should have been fixed with the highest priority within days, never mind having existed for years. There will inevitably be hundreds of people who have just not noticed at all that this is a problem.
