Maybe they are only losing the investors they do not want - the pesky ones who ask questions.

I have tried many times today to use the website 'Contact Us' form, but each time I try to send the message I get the 'Oops something's wrong' response. Has FC closed the contact facility in addition to the Blog?
After experiencing the same problem on 13 July it crossed my mind that they might have closed the contact facility although I doubt even FC could be so stupid, could they?

Well I just had a reply to a 'contact us' query which I submitted weeks or months ago, and then a follow-up asking me how they did (which I ignored, since they know perfectly well what I think of how they did). I surmise that their whole ticket/contact system has just been subjected to an upgrade by the folks who more normally work on the actual loan platform.

Encouraged by your post, but then disappointed to note that still cannot post my query as of 2 minutes ago.

39561 has now been re-instated as a C band loan. I've taken the opportunity to offload some(*) and interestingly, on the "loan parts sold" page, it still appears as a D.
(*) I bought a load from panicking investors trying to dump them when they realised the mistake, in the hope that it would have the rate increased but remain a D.

If you are selling, FC will compensate you their sale's fee if you complain about the original mis-listing.

Has anyone else noticed problems viewing loans linked to loans they hold?
I used to be able to see loans linked to ones I hold (or held), but now it seems very hit and miss (more miss) whether I can or not. This makes it very difficult to see what's going on with companies I'm exposed to.

It's a bit daft putting in a link saying "look here" and then preventing it from actually working but that's FC for you. J

I noticed earlier that you can't view historical loans in the financial tab anymore. I contacted FC and they are investigating a fix.
Instead of fixing it, roll back the changes. You would of thought that something like a link not working would of been caught by automated testing.

"Because the payment agreed the borrower proposed recently has not materialised when has reached out to the borrower this week to ascertain the delay. We apologise for the delay, once we have a response from the borrower we will provide investors with an update."

Or in English 'We don't know what's going on'. They ought to have a special WDKWGO key for that, which trots out the waffle in a standard, comforting form, such as 'That which we expected to happen has not happened yet. We are investigating this as a matter of urgency, and when we find why it did not happen, and what is now expected to happen, we will inform investors promptly, as we consider necessary and appropriate'.

Surprise surprise, the new Auto-bid system doesn't prevent bidding errors creeping in. My Dashboard currently shows I have outstanding "Orders" of £21 but lists nothing when I click on "More detail". Simultaneously my "Portfolio Total" has jumped by £21 with no corresponding transaction. You'd really think that, now FC controls all of the bidding, it would be able to avoid concurrent bid issues. I've emailed FC, as usual, to find and cancel the offending bid...

I've managed to catch a loan on the old loan requests page (which you can still get to from a bookmark), a 9.6% 24 month B for just over £31k. It's sat there with just the 20% BBB allocation, presumably waiting for autobid to decide who should get some. It still looks exactly as it used to, with the borrowers "pitch", credit score and financials tabs all filled in, even though no one should ever see them. Even the Q&A tab is there, but with no way to ask a question. Sadly, although it taunted me by saying "There are currently no bids for this loan. Why not be the first?", the bid button has gone

Off the back of that discovery, I went to have a look at the loan auction that was present (not the same one) when I visited, to see how the new autobid was allocating funds. This is what I see thus far with FCViz.
