I think it'll be gone soon enough -- the total now stands at £2,950,880 -- unless AC find that the institutions who supposedly were very interested are getting cold feet and that prompts them to increase the Seedrs fundraising limit above £3M. I must say I'm getting less enthusiastic about AC's prospects as the deal flow increase we've been told to expect keeps receding further and further into the future. It's good to see that the Victoria Park fund has been launched, but the VP people could get a bit nervous if they collect investors' money but can't invest that in AC deals because of a lack of attractive opportunities. I must admit that I haven't read the VP info to see what proportion of their investment will be channelled to AC and how much will go elsewhere.

I am beginning to wish that I had not thrown my 2p into this particular pot. Far too much is beginning to go wrong for my liking and if some magic does not happen soon I cannot now see me turning a profit out of this venture in the next few years. I just hope I am not going to get my fingers really burnt!

Well, by last night it had slowly climbed to £2,958,880.
By 2.30 this afternoon it had leapt to £3,008,360!

I would have thought it was too late already, inasmuch as the offer was extended only to £3M, and I've seen nothing to suggest that there might be a further increase beyond that. But perhaps Seedrs allow some excess bids because they know from experience that a few people will fail to pay their bills.

The latest answer from Stuart on the seedrs Q&A confirms the raise will close imminently, it remains open for the time being to raise funds to offset those bids that haven't been paid for (which as I understand it will be dropped as the raises closes).
