Wow! Matches at 4.0% in the monthly access market during last night's repayment run. Probably not much chance of the contracts standing, but fun to watch. Attachments:Monthly Access.xls (55.5 KB)

With a thin market it seems to be spiking more often, as the larger orders come through. I spotted a 5.9% match in the 3yr yesterday.

Had an overnight match in the monthly market at 4.1% so they must be getting desperate.

I've just matched at 6.9% in the 3yr market. Funds on offer down to 18k... Overall market is the thinnest I've ever seen it.

Got matched at 3.8% in the monthly access market an hour ago, which was higher than the 1 year which was at 3.7%.
I'd go mad for 6.9% over 5 years, but I've already got too much on that market.

Is this quite rare to see the 3 and 5 year at the same level and the 3 year even higher than the 5 year ?

Ive only been investing here a couple of months but its the craziest Ive seen in that time. Is there a danger that RS will run out of lenders cash?

I also read hints that the borrower sometimes declines the loan when the rate is higher than normal. Can someone tell me how long a cooling off period might they have for this?

Right now I am wishing that I held some of my funds back when the cashback offer got me to invest sooner than I had planned.. (I'm only a one month member so far) Oh well, thus is life, I'm sure things will balance out in the long run
