How about a thread where people can notify when something comes up on the aftermarket?
The Anglesey loan is no longer up for resale, but there are bits of the optical lens man now available

Or maybe they are just having a general "bone-throwing" (crumb throwing?) exercise for the benefit of new members, after all, some people weren't around when the auctions first happened and would be happy to snap up a few parts in the earlier auctions. Hint hint... And some people were around, blinked, and missed auctions entirely.  |

wonder if they're releasing funds in anticipation of something else on ac?! Looks like about half of what was available when I looked at about 1430 has now gone. If I understand the lender's name correctly, I think they're an underwriter. So they could be freeing up funds to put towards the £2M of underwriting pledged to the North Devon Development loan. For that matter, that loan hasn't exactly attracted a huge amount of bids in the six days it's been available, with £215K still unfunded despite the massive underwriting, so Assetz could be looking for more underwriting support than they already have to make sure the loan happens reasonably quickly.

Just tried another Anglesey loan part purchase and got this in mid-transaction....... Assetz Capital is temporarily unavailable while we perform essential maintenance. Please try again later.
