It was slow for me re-loading the live loans page at 4pm - took about 30 secs - but from there on, selecting the loan and investing was fine.

Very slow at 4pm to refresh available list, had to refresh page in the end when it was as fast as normal again. Selecting loan and investing as quick as normal.

Was logged in before 4pm. Pressed refresh at about 1 second past 4. The screen just hung. Tried renavigating to the screen only to find I was now logged out. Log in took about 20 seconds to complete. Loans page took a similar time to appear but once it had refreshed I seemed to be able to place my bid without much fuss so would say that after about the first few mins, all seemed OK. Just as well it was only a 0.5% allocation each as over half had gone by the time I got in.

Morning,
We have identified the setting we introduced which made the platform load faster under normal load but slower under heavy load (as it keeps more connections open).
The server has now been rebuilt from scratch and it is now performing with straight A's in speedtest. The server was tested (hammered), with 400 concurrent connections and all seemed to perform well and responsive.
Will see how it performs at 4pm today and we can change a couple of other settings if needed to improve things.
Kind regards,
Ed

So fast I wouldn't have known there was anyone else on the site.

I don't know if this has been mentioned already so forgive me if it has. Is MT considering a prefunding option like SS?

Not out of the question but we just want to try and adjust the bid amount limits and increase loan flow to try and solve the balance before we explore prefunding. Regards, Ed.

I'd rather you didn't opt for pre-funding, at least not the same model as ss, maybe one more like AC's, or where the funds need to be on the platform at the point of going live/allocation. I prefer the current method......tweaking the max bid seems to work well at the moment.

Thanks. In my view, prefunding is essential as I just don't have the time to hang around for specific time points for launches.

Why create work for humans that can easily be accomplished via computers.
