Another new loan #177 SE L*****n 2ndC - 9mths 11% 75% LTV Predicted drawdown next Friday? Very very unlikely. Although they say "** COMPLETION OF COMMERCIAL PREMISES WAS SCHEDULED TO TAKE PLACE ON 22ND MAY 2015 SO FUNDS REQUIRED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE – PLEASE BEAR THIS IN MIND WHEN BIDDING**" funds haven't been called for yet. AC have a policy of allowing underwriters 3-5 days, so assuming funds are really called for on Tuesday 26th it'll be 2nd June before drawdown. Otherwise it'll be later than that.
