but 18 months dilutes the CB. I think I have to have 10% gross on these deals to make them work for me.

However I firmly predict we'll be in for some 8%+2%CB action in due course on the new Surrey scheme: total funding required £2.86m of which the 1st tranche of £450k (12530) is listed at 8% (no CB) for 7 days and has attracted under £30k in the first 3 hours. Even if the 1st tranche fills without CB, the later ones won't. In fact, given its 20 months term, I'm not sure even 2%CB makes it attractive.

The crystal ball says yes! Although it could be 15 months; it's hard to make out the second number through multiple reflections; could be a 2 or a 5  |

You could set the crystal ball for the 24 hour digital display option, with an alarm when the loan is to be listed. I have some cash waiting for such a loan and do not want to miss it through out-dated predictive utilities.
Does anyone have a friend in the Fairy Castle?
