Yet 12579 is just about there... <scratches head> 12579 is a much smaller loan starting a much smaller project. Autobidders should carry the first tranche. It's still a £260k tranche of £680k total... Autobodge certainly explains the otherwise unfathomably dire 12566, though...

I think they can manage £260k (but not £450k) on a first tranche given a bank holiday and pushing the Autobid lever fully over to the primary market stop. The quality of the project is probably irrelevant.

At 20 months term and with no certainty any longer of being able to move parts on at par, even slowly, I'm passing despite the added 2%CB. At some stage Fermenting Crisis may have to accept that there's no longer insatiable demand for the large property loans at 8% (just 7% net of fees, before any potential Bad Debt) even slapping 2%CB on top. On larger multi-tranche loans where Auto-stupid lenders won't fill them, a boost to the offered rate to at least 8.5% is needed.

Still not totally exciting, given the 20 months and the difficulty of flipping it on the SM at the moment (flipping anything on the SM at par seems problematical, and property parts are needing a largish discount to shift in most cases). 12660 looks like maybe a better bet, at only 12 months.
Ooops, Stevet got between me and the post I was replying to, saying much the same thing ..

The immediate follow-on arrival of 12660 (like buses) makes it currently £860k of A+ 8%+2%CB property loans looking for funding at the same time. Good luck!

I make it well over a million squids .. 647, 658 and now 660. Then if you are a brain-dead autobot, you can have some of 663 too!!

I think that FC will have to take a chunk of 12647 onto their balance sheet. I do not think it will get much further until 12660 is filled.

647 was already 2/3rds filled so I was only including the remaining £150k seeking funds

It depends if you count the existing bids of course, but the point is that they are looking currently for £1m bids for loans which are planned to attract the 2% underwriters. Maybe they at the Fairy Castle are trying to see what can be done at 2%. Not much if they kill the sales through Autobid - that reduced the average discount needed.

Strewth, there's another £450k just popped up in Pinner. What's going on today at Feverish Cashbacks?

Wow! That one, 12674, is supposed to replace an earlier loan, but there is no link to it on the Financial page.

Absolute glut of 2% CB loans now.
If I saw this in the crystal ball I wouldn't have spunked the lot on Friday's relatively poor offering. I may have to make a deposit(!)
Moving the parts on quick enough is becoming a bit of an issue though.

I agree - and it should draw down much sooner.
