Bids in 16720 have been returned: "FC Comments: The terms has been listed incorrectly, this will be relisted shortly with the correct term. Thanks FC" Better schedule some additional monkey training... Thanks for posting that, stevet. Where do you see this FC Comment? Comments on any loan are at the top of the Repayments tab

Thanks for posting that, stevet. Where do you see this FC Comment? Comments on any loan are at the top of the Repayments tab Yes, but sorry if I'm being dense, but I don't see how one can get to the loan (and therefore the Repayments tab) once it's been cancelled.

We'll see if it comes back with CB - my guess it'll have to really, as they'll get way too much stick if they don't.

I'll be interested to see what term it comes back with - it said 12 months in both the investor report and the listing, so it was a pretty consistent "error". As acky says, if it comes back without cashback I'll be (even more) disappointed.

Things are much better than they have been in the past, when Frequent C*ckups earned their moniker. The erroneous listing rate was up around 10% at one point IIRC, although normally the 'error in listing' was not attributed to anyone in particular .. could be the borrower, could be the introducer, could be 'wrong kind of snow on the wires', or just possibly, someone at FC got it wrong... These days I doubt we even see one a day getting cancelled.

Why do we think then sent 16718 out into the big wide world with no cashback to help it on its way? Just because it's the first tranche of many, and they expect to need to put a lot of cashback onto the later tranches? 71% LTV isn't so attractive that people will take it willingly. Apparently people will / did since it is almost fully funded. Me, I've got my hands in my pockets until the later, and needier, tranches show up. Amazing how many people seem willing to buy whatever is offered!!

Have we upgraded the status of autbid to a sentient being now?

No, but the point is that 65% autobiddies still requires 35% semi-sentirnt manual bidders to fill the loan. Next week not, but this week it did.

Oh great oracle do can you tell me when the next property loan with cashback will be along? And will it be 1% or 2%?
If not for some time I might as well remove my wedge from SM sales.

I'd suggest that the move to allowing 100% Autobid will signal the end of cashback for a little while. If it doesn't, it means that FC knows that their current Autobid investor base cannot fill large loans on their own, or that we're seeing later tranches of loans that autobiddies have already had a bite of. They have all the data they need to make these decisions, so we shouldn't see too much experimentation. "Shouldn't" being the operative word...
