Property not alone in struggling to cross the line. There's a 60 month B (£210,000) which needs in excess of £30,000 in 4 hours. Paid by Financially Challenged So they would be much better buying the £30k themselves and then cutting it out at a 2-3% discount, rather than paying 1% CB on the whole amount? That works fine for residual amounts of individual SME loans (they will just sell it on at par via the SM in due course). But Propery loans are a different matter; they can buy up the last portion of one tranche themselves, but what do they do about the remaining tranches still to be funded?

Flipping Cheek have said they will sell on such parts at par. If these start discounting them they are going to be on an even stickier wicket, if that is even possible. I expect they can afford to buy it and kick it down the road at par until such time as enough newbie autobidders have joined to soak it up (but none of them will be on the back of any 'recommend an enemy' schemes from me).

Comment now added to the £210k B (looks like they're going to be buying roughly £30k of it!): Q. 9 Nov 2015 10:49 - FC Comment: Please note, if this loan does not fully fund, FC Finance will buy the remaining loan parts within the last thirty minutes of the listing. Thanks, FC.

17170 - 165K, 18 months, 1% CB, second and last tranche of a total 365K. Could this be a modest but decent flip?

I'm wondering how soon it will be before Foolish Currency come a cropper and are left with their first late or RBRd loan. I doubt they can offload £30k quickly enough to avoid the inevitable if they make a habit of this.

17233 will probably be another flipping dog given total size.
