eh-up 3% CB on offer 17233 .. will next tranche reach 4%?! Next tranche won't be for a few months as they'll have enough for funding the purchase now and they are not planning to start redevelopment until Q1/Q2 2016. Who knows what FC world we'll be living in by then!

Anyone an idea why 17133 not been drawdown I thought property loans usually drew down pretty once they were filled and particularly given its only 6 months ?

eh-up 3% CB on offer 17233 .. will next tranche reach 4%?! If we all hold off for 5 or 6 days, perhaps we can get THIS one to 4% They're very keen to shift this one because it's the last tranche enabling the borrower to pay off their existing debt before a 3-6month hiatus. Therefore, I expect later tranches to drop to more typical levels of cashback. That's not to say that holding off wouldn't be an effective way of driving up the CB on this tranche...

Probably trying to decide what excuse to give to cancel the original auction and re-list without the CB I think that's a bit unfair - in my experience they've never done that, or when they have, they've quickly rectified and added back the CB.
The loan is repaying another loan, so perhaps there's more to sort out because of that. But I'm impatient too as I ploughed into 17133 myself!

Probably trying to decide what excuse to give to cancel the original auction and re-list without the CB They don't actually need to the money until next year, so from their viewpoint there's no hurry. By delaying to Friday they have a later final repayment deadline for the new loan. If I understand correctly delaying past Friday leads to them paying interest on both loans, but they might not know that, so there's the potential of another 5 further working days to wait.

Probably trying to decide what excuse to give to cancel the original auction and re-list without the CB Excuse now given. That's utterly pathetic. FC were involved in the arrangements for this refinancing loan just as much as the borrower.

FC Comment: This loan is being de-listed as we await formal documentation from the borrower's. This loan will be re-listed once formal documentation has been received. Thanks, FC
They get better and better!

I withdrew £1000 from my current account (earning 4pc interest) to put into this loan. Now I have to send it back to the bank and it won't be received until Tuesday probably - so one and a half weeks' lost interest. This is so bloody annoying.

This loan has caused a great deal of annoyance. At the time I was annoyed that I didn't have spare money on the platform (and didn't want to deposit more) to invest in it, so missed out. I'm no longer annoyed, but that's not the point...

More than bloody annoying really piled into that loan and missed out on yesterday's juicy prop loan, also annoying being a Friday afternoon which like you means that although I have withdrawn my money it will now sit in the ether not doing anything for a couple of days !!!
