thanks for coming on here it takes guts to say whoops we were wrong we willl do better! Some companies who shall remain nameless on this site aren't as good Ditto the above. At least FS were open about it.

I can't get the Site Home Page. Anyone else having issues. Was okay at 10am. I think it's just being remarkably slow at the moment - after about a 10 or 15 minute wait my login was successful, and now it's taking about as long if I want to change page. There's certainly something wrong.

FS have just emailed to acknowledge the (as yet not resolved) problems and they have undertaken not to post the renewed loan until the problems have been resolved, and to re-announce it before they do.

Hello, we don't as yet have a timing for when the issue will be resolved. It appears to be a problem with our data centre. The system appears to be running about normal now. However, until we hear back from our systems people, we will not be posting any more loans. As mentioned on a previous note, we will email our savers to tell them that the loan has been posted.

The FS site is not loading for me, can anyone else see it? Not that there's much happening at present, I just wanted to see if they were still there! I've just logged in OK. They have emailed tonight that there'll be a teeny weeny loan up tomorrow, but at only 12% - that's easier to get elsewhere without the scrum

We are aware of a problem with access to the data centre. The server is secure and working, but not currently accessible.
The data centre techs are currently working on the problem - however no firm ETA for fix.
Will update asap

Early indications are that the problem has been fully resolved. High level monitoring continues as a precaution.

I tried after FSs' post and got in ok. I can still get in now but getting the same 'access denied' on the dashboard, the 'live loans' list and individual loan pages seem unaffected. : Does the system think you are logged in when you get the 'access denied' on the dashboard? When I get the "Access denied" the system wants me to sign in, so there's no link available to the 'Live Loans' list or individual loan pages.
