Apologies for the delay in responding.
We had a planned upgrade this evening that was low risk and should only have resulted in a slow down of performance for a few minutes.
Unfortunately, a problem has occured that has resulted in the server being taken offline.
We have techs working to restore the server as quickly as possible - I will update this ticket as more detailed information is available.
Although the site is not accessible the data is fully secured and backed up.
Once again apologies for any inconvenience.
