As a new user...some feedback
The sign up form looks like the work of overseas outsourcing (I love Indians but they can get things a bit backwards in terms of user friendly web design).
It's a bit funky (not in a good disco type way) the way the sign up form asks for the address separated out building name / street name / numbers etc.
Listing the amount of months at address is taxing on the brain...let me see, 16.2 years x 12 = ummmmm, darn it. How about years and months to make it a bit more user friendly?
Also on the passport number, the form wouldn't let me change the last two numbers from 08 so I gave up.
Not the best start but will try again when I have more time.

As a new user...some feedback The sign up form looks like the work of overseas outsourcing (I love Indians but they can get things a bit backwards in terms of user friendly web design). The current trend on websites (see gov.uk for one poor example) seems to be BIGGER letters and less content. I think it's something to do with making them either 'mobile-' or 'touch-friendly' but I don't like it. We're not all going to access them from a phone or are short-sighted and they always make me feel some important information might be missing.

I can happily assure you that the work was all outsourced no further than five miles from the Buckingham Palace . The signup form unfortunately has to be slightly formulaic to tie it in with Tracesmart so that we can ID you and the "Months at Residence" is so that Tracesmart can check you too against the mandatory (36 month) minimum. I'll get the boss to take a look at the passport thing today!

disastrously I tried to sell a small amount (sub £100) of one of the loans I hold and I'm told I don't have enough funds to submit this bid !!!!! (If I were trying to buy then I do have enough in fact, so the error message is doubly baloney)
Plenty more comments, but I'm really rather unnerved by this

I have not experienced this. sold several chunks already. Are you sure you clicked on offer and not bid? Maybe your mouse (or finger) slipped?

Sorry - will check in 2 secs shimself. You can sell down to 1p. I suspect I know the cause and will try to resolve now.

see screenshots - I suppose it means I tried to sell too small an amount, but I've seen £50 lumps on the sm Im wondering if its because the amount it says your going to receive is more than your entitled to. Its rounding the interest displayed up in your example. I tried to sell £1 at 99.25% and it rejected it for the same reason (might need to change that wording). It said I was due £1, made up of 99p & 0p interest, rounded down. So here its added the two fractions together & rounded up. Its correct but for some reason doesnt like it It perfectly happy for me to sell £1 for £1 (100%, 0p interest, rounding down) so the question is how does the system handle these fractions of interest? Doesnt seem to like them when selling if a sale request is the intiator. Can you elucidate ablrateandy

The interest etc should be fine. We round to 6dp on all transactions and buys/sells down to a penny are handled easily by the system. shimself could you let me know which loan this is on. The error is being thrown because there is something wrong with the bid that you are trying to hit. When I know which loan, I can go in and investigate.

ha. OK. Well I can safely say that the bidder has paid so it should work. It's me. I just re-input it. Could you possibly try a coupe of combos again and see if it works? I can transfer them back to you after if you want them. ilmoro

The Secondary trade option on shows sales on SM not purchases. Might want to consider how actions are described. Purchases are described as Investments, bids on open loans appear to be described as Withdrawls (old platform so may have changed). Instant Returns as Deposit. Seems inconsistent and confusing with similiar actions given different descriptions & dissimiliar actions given the same desription.
