I am in also and liking what you've done. Nice clean looking site. Easy to navigate and everything is within eye level (basically you don't have to go looking all over the place) as it's all navigated from the top.
Give it another week to iron out any creases and then you can have the developers taken into a field and have them shot to serve as an example to others that cause you this sort of stress - (I'm guessing i'd fail the interview for HR Management job)

I'd hire you like a shot gc and thankyou. I think the new foundations were worth it. johnfleet There is quite a lot going up in the secondary market already at sensible prices (Thanks all for picking up the baton on that one!) . New loans will be up shortly but we REALLY want to make sure that there are no wrinkles first.

First Impressions
I like the style
Plenty to wander aroundand look at and blogs up to the moment (well almost)
The secondary market took me a little time to get my head around. Watching the videos helped. Maybe a link to Explanatory videos might be useful from secondary market page. AERs can go a little funny if a loan is about to be repaid eg Morrow. This may need some explanation somewhere.
Graphic on dashboard is clearly limited in character length when you mouse over it, Cuts off part of amount invested for a couple of my investments.
Understand three percentage decimal points given for accuracy in various places, although it does complicate screen looks. Would be interested in others perceptions.
Yet to find tax statement etc, but perhaps that's a work in progress.
More feedback when I have had a longer look around later.
A positive move forward though.

Thanks ejohn . Tax statement is bundled with Instant Returns work and is very high up to get done (site is still being developed). My AERs SHOULD be right.... happy to run over figures offline if you want to check though . I use longhand to do it properly, not XIRR and IRR which DO get screwy sub 1 year.

I am in but I have not been asked for a pin yet. I have made a withdrawal without one!

Are transactions on the SM finalised as soon as matched now? No need to confirm as far as I can see.

resolves to the holding page from France. ? I should have written, accessed from France, I am seeing the correct holding page. It's a good thing. And now I have actually seen the new site. And logged in, though I had to go through the "forgot password" procedure when I don't think I actually had, and while I was doing so the screen said I would have to give my security number, which I haven't actually created. Still. Tell me the ATR 42-500, am I getting interest on this while it's still waiting borrower acceptance? Still!

Sorry. Catching up now . Yes webwiz. Secondary market matches instantly, credits, debuts and transfers accrued interest.

Re PIN number, it is currently disabled for existing users. Will check on new users. Sorry - can't remember what we did!

At last, some gripes. Looking at the cash flow for the ATR 42-500 I see that I have to click three times to see the whole list. Much easier to just move a mouse sroll wheel of just scroll my eyes down one list. Also seems to be a lot of white space betweent he text, a fairly common gripe about overly space-heavy new designs that graphic designers seem to love. Font size seems rather big too. Hopefully the My Financial Account list won't require so much clicking or it'll get really unpleasant with lots of loans. Required browser widths to avoid horizontal scrolling seem high, in the 1700-1900 pixels range, so I had to increase my browser width just for this site. An artifact of the large font sizes partly. 1900 pixels non-scrolling width required for the new loans list of Investments on proposed Loans but there's a good deal of space between the menu on the laft and the start of the black-bordered box that has the list of loans. There's an annoying flicker to blank page and then full page when I click on Bids on new loans, secondary bids and secondary offers as the new pages get displayed. Nice to have next instalment date and amount shown up front. I received an email telling me about a new comment on the ATR 42-500 to Government Owned Airline (Refinance) thread but no live link in teh email and no sign of anything related to that in any of the comments related to that on the platform.

Yeah. I have NO idea where that ATR mail came from! It was supposed to only go to Admin but noted.
On screen sizes and white spaces, point taken and my Surface gets upset on some admin (but not user) pages, though by this week I have to admit that it got pushed back to resolve that. Useful feedback and a few people have commented on the need to scroll through things. We'll have a think on a little more improvement to usability in the next tweaks.

If you want to be really nice on the usability, let people tweak the main CSS settings. Should be easy enough to do and it's how Wikipedia gets to be uber-customisable, it has a way to completely override almost everything on a per-user basis. This way you can also handle accessibility issues, not just personal preference. Bonus if you have one set of settings for mobile and another for non-mobile, or better still different ones based on a list of browser ID strings so you can customise based on individual browsers/platforms.
