Saving Stream said they'll come up with "Trust Structure" in 2 weeks time (on 20th July) and will share new T&C asap. Did I miss the changes?

PBL040 is drawn down according to the update but not according to the details of the loan.

Pbl012 is now minus two days to go. Does that mean we are now paying the borrower interest?  On a more serious note, is this common for SS and is it anything to be overly concerned over? cheers |

The good news is they will continue to pay interest by the day until the loan is paid off, even if it defaults and they have to sell the property.

Further to Trevor's reply there are currently 8 loans that have gone beyond their original redemption dates. Ive just highlighted them with a hideous colour to identify them in the loans list  |

Next step will be for savingstream to give us administrative level access to the back end of the systems so we can keep things up to date for them. Will save them a lot of time as we will also be able to unpick our own SM sales when they get caught in the SS blackhole, rather than bothering the team each time

The table says that documents for PBL11/12 were signed on Monday and the loans should be repaid this week. I was looking at the SS web site, and all I saw under loan activity was a 4 week old statement that imminent repayment was expected. Where should I have been looking?

It was in the "weekly" update email, received yesterday (and also posted in the forum). Looks like they haven't (yet) updated the website.
