I'm a bit confused with PBL033 and 034 the overview of each shows different properties but the description/documents sections for both loans are the same. Are they linked?

Looks like savingstream have got the links mixed up, the docs for PBL33 were there last week. Edit: if you open PBL33 particulars, then edit the 34 to 33 in the link, it will take you to the correct document. With the valuation report change 113 to 104 for it to work

In the detailed valuation document. According to the planning portal, that is from 2006. Doesn't seem like a big deal to me but happy to be corrected.

According to our planning lawyer, all boxes have been ticked off. Any issues that could potentially arise have been covered off with Indemnity Insurance. We are content with the planning situation.

I note that the last three 12 month loans have a minimum loan period of 1 month. I know that the loans can be repaid by the borrower at any time, but does the 1 month minimum loan time mean that only 1 month's interest is being retained up front and that the rest of the interest is being paid by the borrower monthly? savingstream please elucidate. |

It would be great if savingstream could clarify what changed between planning being ok, then not ok. Either way, my money and interest were returned so no harm done. |
