You'll struggle with FS then as most of their property loans seem to be around 70% and about a third 2nd charge I agree so have very little on FS at the moment although this is more in the fact that I can't be bothered to sit around when loans come up and try to click with in 20 seconds Agree, also the time just to transfer the funds and log it as a deposit with FS is annoying, particularly for £25 lots (can I really be bothered for £1.20 return after tax!). I would much prefer debit card transaction, this would add cost to FS, but they might save this in manpower (womenpower it seems at FS) in correlating deposits into their client account. Also pre-funding option like SS would save a) having to be around at the specific time b) fair competition rather than fastest finger first

New loan to be posted tomorrow, Friday 6th November, at 3pm. Secured by a second charge on a property in Nuneaton valued at £350,000. The details released give no indication of the purpose of the loan or, probably more importantly, how the borrower intends to repay the loan. fundingsecure: What is the exit plan? Exit plan notes now added on the website: will be repaid with business income and other source of funds expected in Q1 16. Given that Salop has just repaid a week earlier than advertised, I suspect this one will fill pretty quickly regardless of the dubious risk / reward profile!

If anyone was interested in investing more than £1000 into the Nuneaton property loan, it looks like the maximum bid restriction has been lifted -- a bit early!

I have no problem with the value estimate. Unless there is some unusual factor like subsidence or radioactivity the LTV has if anything been overstated.

I thought it was under a minute. Limited to £500 for the first 24 hours?! I had no idea it was like that but fortunately now have my first investment on this platform. :-)
