They're fair points, but if the last independent forum was anything to go by, posts on this subject were dwarfed by those related directly to P2P lending.
I'm probably a bit biased though, as I quite enjoyed that forum thread at the old post and I know that at least one person found some of the responses on there helpful.
We could always just suck it and see...?

I think it's natural that P2x investors will want to discuss other types of investments. The forum's main focus is P2x sites though, so suggest the Chat area is the right place for these. There certainly are plenty of that kind of discussion on the Zopa forums in the Chat area - savings and current accounts with good interest rates, gold, the PO share flotation etc etc.
