Yep, paid and saleable ... although the FC loan comments are still showing as WACTB. No wonder they never catch the blighters .. FC are so far behind they're probably hoping to trip them up as they go past on the next lap.

Telly now showing as paid. Apparently they paid some time ago, just sent it to the wrong bank account. If you find a few extra quid in your account next time you look, you know where it came from!

That is a relief. So we can put it down to the usual tellyco problem with thr first payment. If they paid it into the wrong account on 24th Jan, it is worrying that FC take till 5th Feb to get to the bottom of it. It does not give confidence that they can deal effectively with those who really do not wish to pay.

What a careful explanation!!! It doesn't actually say that Tellyman paid it into the wrong account (though his record for first payment is bad), so did he cock up or did FC (or their collectors) cock up and put it in a wrong account, and they don't actually want to say so.
I note that "Top Tier law" are still doing anything but pay their first instalment. Solicitors!!!!!!

since I'm not holding that specific loan from Mr TV I'd be interested (by PM perhaps) to know what exactly they had to say.
I've just de-listed about £1300 of telly co from sale: not before £250 or so was bought up. I suspect some others may also be doing some delisting.

If I'm going to subject myself to potential stress, I'd rather it was 9.6% stress than 8.6% stress :-)

When I first saw the listing I was rubbing my hands thinking I might snag some at 10%+.

I was surprised at the 14 day auction, I thought that'd all finished long since. Guess they didn't need the money all that urgently. 'Sent to wrong account' sounds rather feeble though, given they have 3 or 4 or 5 other loans with FC, which presumably (?) use the same a/c .. I think I'll keep on selling if it's OK with you. 8>.

Phew, sigh of relief breathed. It would be interesting to know where the cock up occurred given that tellyco have had 5(?) previous attempts to get this right and seem to be quite bad at it.

This bunch of "solicitors" is one to dump IMHO!! They are stoutly refusing to pay their first payment on time because they are "refinancing" to get a bigger overdraft. So, they can only pay out of a future overdraft?? Wonderful! How on earth does such a business get awarded an A risk band status from FC! They must have been broke when when they applied for their new loan so what didn't they tell FC to reveal this fact? (Or what did FC ignore?) When they get their new bigger overdraft they are going to pay off their old FC loan and get up to date with this new one (currently 23 days late). Top Tier my a**e!
Guess what. I'll be getting up to date all right!! ASAP!!

FC haven't heard from the borrower so have sent an Email. Bait gone off, breath a bit sour.....
