Give FS a bit of slack. After all it's only 2+ weeks since they were saying they expected the loan to be paid. Actually 3 weeks if you take account of the update when they said payment would be made subject to legals being completed at the beginning of the month. Perhaps they need to post that they expect the loan to be repaid every week for 4 weeks before their expectations are met. Can't give them points for accuracy - What else are they unrealistic about and that worries me. As I've said in a previous post FS overpromise and underdeliver. but at least they are consistent

Now just the South Wales property, the Scottish boat yard and the NI Wind Turbine. The bad news is that my investment in these is double the total all time interest received from the platform so I need a weighted average of over 50% return to break even.

Always find it interesting to use the same calculations as other investors and compare. My investment in those three is 103% of my total all time earnings (thanks mainly to not selling off some wind turbine which I only bought as a temporary holding  ). |

Luckily mine is only 25% of all time earnings.  Thanks to diversity because I have never been tempted to use the SM. On SS I am overweight on some loans with many, many days to go because I 'know' there is plenty of time to sell down.  |

Wind alone could blow away 68% of my all time earnings, luckily I don't have the other two, but I do have portions of Knaresborough and somehow I ended up with a share of the boat. I am being much more selective these days.
