I'm not in the turbine or the boatyard, but the South Wales hotel alone is 130% of my all time earnings! It was at the start of my investing in FS, so I was trying to get a lump sum deposit lent out and invested more in each loan than perhaps was wise. Also, I forgot I'd invested in the first loan and put the same into the second (D'oh).

Also, I forgot I'd invested in the first loan and put the same into the second (D'oh). The second loan will be a 100% write off. The first one will be, IMO, in the order of a 50% haircut at best.

very similar to my FA league predctions - maybe we will both be wrong or maybe not!
To have yet another 100% loss will be no mean achievement....
