#179 Care Home has drawn down plenty available (#187 Solar Farm still showing as up and coming!)The fact that 179 shows as being at ZERO percent may reduce people's appetite to buy I suspect. chris andrewholgate in case they happen to be online and can fix what I assume is a typo. did 187 'die'? Whilst not really interested in it, the potential follow on loan could have been interesting.

I'm inexplicably drawn to #179.   Edit; Just bought a little piece and it shows as 10% in the statement, a bit of house keeping required. (I'm hoping the CR which has it at 11.75% is correct) |

If you go to the Q&A the second or third question is about it I think.

From the Q&A - "The credit report has been corrected. We confirm that the correct rate for lenders is 11.75%"

There was an email from Assetz about this; essentially, because of the potential for the removal of the Renewable Obligation by the DECC consultation, the financial viability of the project is in question and the borrowers do not want to throw good money after bad in pursuing it. (I'm paraphrasing a long email into a sentence there; hope I got the gist of it.) So yes, it's dead.

I assume that this email went to folks with targets as I didn't get it, but then I didn't have a target! This does strike a worrying note as with a week of all the various green subsidies, losing a renewable power generator does not help either geias future or the uk's leccy production for that matter!

#178 confirmed to drawdown today. Last of the month as Mildenhall 2 definately wont make it as the borrower has been distracted from signing loan papers due to buying a hotel (#richpeopleproblems)  |
