Why there are no units available ? Because lenders had targets set that were cumulatively for a sum equal to/greater than the amount released onto the market by underwriters so there was no surplus supply available to be picked up on an ad hoc basis. Only a small loan.

Why there are no units available ? Something we need to make clearer on the site is that there are a list of loans that are in the process of drawing down and that you can preset investment targets against them. When the loan then draws down the system will then buy loan units up to your target as your available funds allow. If there is more demand than supply then the loan units are divided equally amongst lenders.

I was reminded of this when my target on L***** L** Tranche 4 was undershot at drawdown by quite some margin earlier this week - that was obviously a very popular loan that plenty of people were waiting to pounce on! ;-) Still - at least I got a piece of the pie.

Underwriting Called flag has appeared on #174. Est. draw-down date shown as 16th Sept. I would expect all concerned to get this loan drawndown before 16th Sept, in order to free up liquidity.
