Loan #166 has obviously drawn down because my languishing dosh got taken up by it at 5:20pm. I hope those of you who had it hanging around like me didn't move it out into your cash accounts to protect it from being snaffled by other loans as a result of them having moved the date back to Friday - there don't appear to be any units available to buy now at 6pm. I thought about doing that and very glad I didn't. Not sure what the point of the changed date was - it was never explained, and its having been brought back forward again hasn't been explained either

Before P2P, savers put a guinea in a piggy bank, now they smash the banks to become guinea pigs.

Guess I can turn my targets back on, that penny remaining isnt going to invest itself Still no explanation from AC, theyve answered the one easy question posted on the Q&A today and ignored the rest. Nothing on the disappearing Q&A either. All very disappointing.

The whole lot went in one run of the transaction queue - that is there were more people with targets set and available cash than there were loan parts available. It's even more impressive that the lender has done this based on reputation alone - the venture is 100% funded by the lenders, he is risking nothing at all and not only are we taking all the risk but we love it. Ah, it's great what the promise of 15% jam tomorrow can do.

At least one person has reduced their 166 holding or bailed completely as my (tiny) target was filled at around 8:45 and I only funded the manual investment account an hour or so earlier.

And according to the Repayment Schedule, it drew down on the 17th. So that's nice.

166 drawdown date has now slipped to the 26th. Indeed, no explanation and no answers to any questions posed. Be interesting to see if and how they deal with this question posed in Q&A this morning: " Are we still on for the 26th? No point having readies ready if not...". That's either going to be a genuinely aggrieved punter, or it's one who already is and is making a point.

That's either going to be a genuinely aggrieved punter, or it's one who already is and is making a point. andrewholgate promised a full response to lenders concerns on communications for last? Monday. I think the horse may already have bolted on this one with the failure to respond to Q‘s on site, the 'deleted Q' and the general confusion surrounding the drawdown. Seems to be at least one frustrated UW in the Qs as well. Next drawdown is due today, so wait to see how that goes. Its a non rolling refinance so has its own issues to address

Someone really needs to take ACs shovel away before they dig themselves any deeper on #166. Raft of question deletions (OOD mostly), its like theres a bunch of Cybermen rampaging around the Q&A (Geek joke). The one Q they have answered gets the date wrong & has been instantly challenged.
Meanwhile M DL is expected either late today or early tomorrow. Fortunately thats self funding.

So that means I cannot pay for my stake in 175 because incompetence has locked in my 159 cash which was supposed to do it? And the AC website has now closed for "essential maintenance"!! ed. it's back online now. I hope there's enough 175 left by the time AC sort out 159!

My confusion with Mildenhall Dev loan is still the rate. Is it 10% or 13% as mentioned in the entry on my statement when the cash was drawn from my account. It's a 9month term this might be causing the confusion.
