I had a target of 10x the allocation (on the off-chance), & hoped I might get a third to a half of it, we can see the result. The irony is I believe this borrower is an SS one, so where we’d have gotten a 4 or 5 fig sum at 12% on SS, here we get a piddling 3 fig nibble at under 10%.
In the meantime over the last 2 days I’ve been picking up a lot of <9% loan units.
Doesn’t take a genius to work out there might be some fund management going on here. Lots of things can be done subtly behind the scenes whilst staying within the “everything is automated” sticker on the tin.
Even picked up some #326. Liquidation of the tenant announced to lenders today, but was filed on 22nd April at CH. Go figure.

A bit more #327 came through later, I now have £548.
Edit: and then some more midday today; I'm up to £760.

Any idea why upcoming loan 331 is 12% with an LTV of 63%.
Is it more risky than other recent offerings?

Well it's LTGDV (ugh, what an expression) and the borrower has limited direct experience (albeit the team he has around him seems to)? I need to read it again, it's not the most straightforward offering we've seen. One thing that jumped out at me was the £25k contingency sum. Which is.... a rounding error when set against the overall amount to be borrowed. That strikes me as.... odd.

I've just posted some thoughts on this on the pink pages. Where can I find this post? You'll need to follow the instructions given in the sub-board section at the top of p2pindependentforum.com/board/28/assetz-capital to request access to the AC Private Board (aka the pink pages, so called because the pages have a pink hue to them). (As a moderator I can see that as yet you do not have access to the AC Private Board)

#331 has been distributed - well £319.52 per person so far. That's not a lot out of £1.45m. I was hoping for lots more (5 figures) - I thought it was dodgy enough!

330 has drawn down too (a few days before expected). Anyone happen to know what max allocation was?

Seems to have been either a flurry of selling, or loan units released last night (of recent loans). Between 7pm and 9pm I picked up about £5k of units. That's a lot in the current climate.

A LOT of WTs in the pipeline. Only checked a few but seems like Northern Ireland is going to have more windmills than the Netherlands soon. Looks nice for Geia.

Whilst a lot is hidden from general view at present it is probably worth looking at the FS wind turbine if anybody is doing their own DD on these ....

#342 drew down today, and I received a three figure allocation. That was more than I was expecting from a relatively small loan (£170k), so I didn't have much spare cash in my MLIA, and my allocation was limited by the available funds.
Does anyone know what the maximum allocation was?

Does anyone know what the maximum allocation was? Yes, I was caught out by this as well, I got £409.34 which appears to have cleaned out my small float.
