In case it hasn't been noticed by all yet, there is the following update on the site for the chippy (auction 75):
LENDER UPDATE 5 MARCH
The loan auction closed this afternoon and underwriting has been arranged to fill the shortfall in the auction (albeit not yet shown on the system). However, we were advised by the borrower this afternoon that the vendor of the property is withdrawing from the sale as it has not completed in the timeframe they expected. We are clarifying the position, as funds are available with the underwriting in place, but there is a significant prospect that this loan may now be cancelled.
We expect to receive final confirmation within 24 hours as to whether the loan is proceeding or not and will update lenders further tomorrow (6 March).

On the face of it that seems a bit dim on the part of the vendor Chris if the funds are now in place. Me thinks that maybe all the facts on this are not being made available to AC. Maybe a gazumping job perhaps??

Are we expecting new loans to take over in the next few days as it's starting to run slightly thin in the ground at the moment? Cheers

Cheers Plenty on the aftermarket if you're into that - no wait time before earning

Perhaps we'll have better luck on Friday?
