I know, largest single bid was 22k, but total 210k was spread over c45 people, makes you realise that investors are out there if there are loans in the pipeline  |

Definitely calls into question the LTV, which is already at the top end of what I'm comfortable with. I'm just amazed all those investors managed to read and digest the documentation in time to fill the whole loan within 8 minutes... On a serious note, if these loans are going to continue to be pounced upon, potentially driving people to feel the need to invest quickly, it would be nice if SS could make the documentation available in advance. Otherwise, there's the potential for a lot of goodwill to be lost as people invest in haste and repent at leisure. Either that or investment limits, a la MT.

A couple of months ago they gave a 45 minute advance notification on a loan that resulted in near platform meltdown where it was virtually impossible to log in let alone buy anything. However, they used to apply caps to some of the (much smaller) boat loans, so why on earth they can't apply a 24 hr cap I don't know. Only c 45 investors out of 3500+ getting a loan part must mean a lot of disappointed people myself included. Perhaps if all those who missed out emailed them they might take some action? Obviously they can fill loans regardless but I would have thought it's in their longer term interests to keep as many lenders on board as possible.
