Would be good if auto-invest ignored sums less than £1 as they don't get re-invested anyway. Also, cancelling unmatched offers isn't displayed correctly in Firefox for Android. The selection box just resizes a bit instead of having a check/tick. Hi NSFW The way it should work is that any offers less than £1 are aggregated together until such point as they are 'investable'. Otherwise you end up with dribs and drabs accumulating in your Wallet. Thanks for the note on the bug - I will raise internally. Hi MatthewAfter the recent problem you have now fixed I am left with 52p in my wallet (which shouldn't have gone there as autolend is set). I have a feeling it is going to stay there forever unless I somehow manage to add at least 48p to the wallet. I know it is trivial - it just looks untidy.

Hi n - ironically the account adjustment (to compensate for Auto Lend not functioning as intended) was credited to the Wallet, so apologies for that. I will raise a ticket internally to allow offers of <£1 to be created, which can then be aggregated with other fractional balances/reinvestments before being lent out.

I have just noticed (when trying to offer my 52p) that there is only 2p on offer as a 'New offer', so once you have allowed the adding of <£1 I would be able to offer the 52p, but there will still be less than £1 on offer so it would stay there forever. The only way I can see out of this is if I change my autolend instruction to divert to the wallet until there is more than 48p there, then make a 'New offer'. Nothing in life is easy is it?

Temporarily turning off autolend to bump up my wallet to >£1 was exactly what I did! It feels like I'm playing shove a ha'penny, but at least things are back to a "tidy" state

Please let me know if you are still seeing the Firefox issue as our tech team have tried multiple times to recreate but are not seeing the same problem. Many thanks!

Thought it was fixed a while ago as it's no longer an issue. Still have an issue with offers less than a quid though. Had to cancel a 1p offer from the 1st of last month sitting there stuck. Shame those bits aren't merged when new funds are put in the offers section. The weird thing is that the 1p was splintered off needlessly from a £100 transfer in + a few pennies I merged manually to get it all on offer.

I also have a 1p offer in my ISA account. Oddly, it says 'subscription period' :'previous year'. Yet I only started with LW this tax year. I have had previous small offers but they seemed to get matched up eventually. Also it still warns me that a loan sale will cost at least £20. And finally Matthew do you have an update on when we can move funds from classic to ISA through the website. I want to do this before the end of the tax year. Thanks P.S. I was happy and pleased to see that LW is the lender that provides Revolut users with credit.

If so, these funds will show as previous year subscriptions. If not, would you mind sending our customer service team an email on cs@lendingworks.co.uk just so they can look into this for you? Sounds odd. Could you let me know where the £20 warning is popping up? Thought we'd already removed all references to it! Regarding moving funds from Classic - if you're referring to automatically moving repayments as they come in, this isn't likely to be released in the first quarter of 2018 as there does not seem to be much demand for it from lenders. You can still do this in one go though, subject to any reassignment fees. The Revolut partnership is a very interesting one for us - it's an unbelievable customer journey as it takes two minutes to complete and the funds are instantly credited to your Revolut account (if approved)!

I'll get this sorted with CS tomorrow. I have not done any transfers in. As for the classic to ISA, I was thinking of selling out, then it would be nice to press a button to switch it into ISA straight away , but I know that I can phone up to get this done if needs be - not a major issue if course. Thanks.

If so, my best guess without looking into your account is that this 1p offer relates to prior year subscriptions, which would never be merged with current year subscriptions (in the background these are actually two separate accounts in our system, though you don't see that distinction on the front end). Since the minimum chunk is £1, this 1p would continue not be matched. If that's not the case, feel free to contact customer service and they'll no doubt be able to figure out what's happening!

NSFW I've been in contact with LW CS. I have what's a previous years subscription (1p) due to a technical error which caused repayments to be sent to wallet rather than reinvested. This 1p is a compensation payment for any lost interest. Just need to clear up how I stand with it being a previous years subscription - I didn't have a LW account last tax year, I hope this doesn't break any HMRC rules on 1 IFISA subscription per tax year.

Yeah, I only joined this tax year also. Guess I'll see if CS can do anything about it.

Just to reassure, there will definitely not be an issue with regard to subscriptions - I believe this one off payment was credited to the previous tax years account (in the background) to avoid the possibility of it showing up as a current year subscription. It will be reported to HMRC in the same way interest earned is, and therefore will have no impact on your reported subscriptions, which is correct. In terms of getting it lent out where it is less than £1, we may have to do some fiddling to merge it with other current tax year offers. After April, it will merge anyway as all current tax year balances are transferred and merged with previous tax year balances.
