So, my ISA account is compounding nicely and my Classic account has been set to automatically withdraw to reach my bank on Fridays. Yesterday (Tuesday) there was an unexpectedly large balance in my Classic Wallet so I wanted to withdraw it immediately, but could not do so as it was 'pending withdrawal'. OK, so I changed my auto withdrawal settings to 'off' so that the funds would be released. But no - the larger amount was still unavailable for instant withdrawal. So I thought 'give it 24 hours, maybe it will sort itself out overnight' but it hasn't. Matthew it doesn't make sense to me that the funds earmarked for automatic withdrawal are not released when automatic withdrawal is turned off. If nothing can be done about it I will just turn it back on again tomorrow, but it is a shame that I will have lost 3 days use of the money especially considering the now super-fast withdrawal process.

Hi nThe way it currently works is that if you turn off your settings while you still have pending auto income, it will be 'released' automatically when the next auto income run happens i.e. on Friday morning. If you need the funds sooner than this, just drop the customer service team a line and they can manually cancel that for you. Would be a bit slicker if this happened as soon as you updated your settings - will share that feedback with the Product team and see what they can do, so thanks. Hope this helps.

I think somebody must have pressed a button because the 'pending' amount and the repayments from overnight are all now safely in my bank leaving a very neat wallet of 0.00. Thanks guys.
