I read somewhere that that portfolio is being held out of reach of the defaulters and awaits their response to AC's proposals for finalising vis PG's. 9 Aug is the decision date, so no doubt we can add a couple of weeks/months to that.

What a wonderfully civilized discussion/conversation and no one got banned or the heavens collapse... yet.

This seems the best proposition of the year to me, 18% from day one (from Aug15), solid security. Notlob and A****y same thing, also nominally 6 months. Perhaps one can expect a juicy enhancement at the end of most short term bridging loans.
Before I get carried away can somebody wiser than me lay out the horror stories of when bridgers go wrong.

Final interest payment on the original loan is due to day. It usually gets paid between 8.00 and 10.30 but no sign of it yet. Is this a cause for concern or just part of the normal variation in interest payment timing?

There is no prob with the interest as it was all with-held at drawdown.According to the loan info,AC's system wont allow it to be paid now,as it would constitute a "partial repayment".Saying it will be paid when loan is fully redeemed.

Thanks. I thought it was to be converted to a new loan and therefore the interest on the old loan should all be paid up. So if I sell some units now, I'll get the interest at some time in the future?

I think you must be right, so it just means AC hasn't as yet got the payment from the new holders of the loan and interest is accruing at 1.5% a month. The Borrower was confident that it would all complete by yesterday, as best I can remember ABAICR, but it 'seemed' as if the new holders of the loan only asked for the exact size the loan a month ago, and if they have to work in exactly the same way that AC does then I'm guessing we could be waiting another month for the substantial, but partial repayment. I may be misunderstanding things but this is my thinking.

So Hackney is still open on the AM?
I see all the units have been bought up... or has it been pulled?

And it isn't late till midnight, so shouldn't be pulled from AM till then, if I've understood everything correctly so far. Edit: Not that I'm an expert on AC by any means, and every loan seems to end up being treated slightly differently, so you never quite know where you are, or is that just me who feels that way?
