I’m actually happy with this loan. Borrower made a partial repayment and LTV seems low. My point was really just about the things promised in updates that seem to systemically never materialise.

Just got this email .. good news
PBL057 - Land with planning, Scotland
Dear ***,
We would like to announce the FULL repayment of the above PBL loan.
All investors' in this loan should now have the capital credited to their Lendy accounts.
All investors' in this loan should now have the accrued interest and bonus credited to their Lendy accounts.

Well that's one less loan that can go bad on me! Needless to say the returned funds were withdrawn within minutes and will be heading off to pastures new.... Wonder how many folk will reinvest their repayment?

Wonder how many folk will reinvest their repayment? I did, although admittedly it was only £38. But fair play to Lendy, they've got a few repaid loans in the past week or so, I just wish Lendy recovered the default loans rather than just the ones that were relatively safe.
