Wonder how many over prefunded. Bit silly if they did when the loan was bigger than previous pre-funding pots! Looks like there are a silly billies then as £30-40k has already been recycled through SM

Well, some people seem to be dumping this very quickly which suggests some over did the prefunding. I'm still grabbing bits as they come up.

Pre funding thread is updated, can find it on there, not sure what is or was means but that was the total amount pre-funded before the launch of the loan. The pre-funding amount is not visible before launch for obvious reasons

Sorry if I wasn't clear, but yes, that's what I was getting at. After a loan is completed you can see what the pre-funding level was, but prior to that you can't. After it's drawn down it's past tense / no longer present tense and xyon100 's question was "is" which I took to mean before a loan is completed.... |

Is this getting renewed then? Or extended? I'm confused by the update. Is it still due to pay back soon? Borrower has agreed a sale for £6,000,000. On an option agreement for 12 months. The buyer will pay Saving Stream interest quarterly in advance for up to 12 months. There's some for sale on the SM and dependant on the state I may invest. savingstream can you expand on what is happening here please? |
