Not yet it was only an expected to, if it had repaid yesterday as stated then it should repay today but I doubt it will.

I'm about to go on holiday, and am unsure how to set my Pre-Funding for the follow-on loan. Have savingstream said definitely that PBL058 will be closed out rather than rolled forward? In other words, if I want my investment in the follow-on loan to be the same as my investment in PBL058, do I have to guess what the allocation factor will be and then put in an appropriate PF request? |

Many moons ago sam i am did e-mail SS in regards to this, and their response was that they would not be rolling the loan over (opting for repayment & entirely new DFL). However, that may have changed, and I have dropped SS an e-mail to see what they say.

Very likely - in Dubai, after the last three months of well paid hard toil:   All I can afford is a boat trip to Burton-upon-Trent   1 week ago (edit: this was on 27 July 2016 - they're still talking apparently on 9 August!!!)Expected repayment of the mansion house today - We have been advised by the borrower. In legals, our lawyers are talking to each other. 3 weeks ago Expected repayment within a week. 1 month ago Expected repayment within a week. 2 months ago Probable repayment next week. 2 months ago Funds expected from Dubai before the end of the week. Construction element subject to warranties being in place. 3 months ago Will be fully repaid imminently, expecting funds from Dubai. Construction element will be launched as a new development loan.
