I suggest we have a separate thread (hopefully less red hot than the Fumbling Computing ones).
To start us off ..
Can I place a plea for NOT having to tick-box "accept T&Cs" every time I want to buy something on Loan exchange? I read them, I accepted them, that ought do until/unless they get changed. Please nicely!!

I'd like to see the interest rate for each investment displayed on the "My Investments" screen. I'm pretty certain this used to be displayed when I first signed up.

Second that request to see what I already have.
Another point .. well two maybe ..
When I go to bid on a loan, could I please have the drop-down selection of 'rate to bid' reverse ordered so the largest is at the top (I NORMALLY want to start from that end - I guess most folks do!)
Secondly, the .05% bid steps are faintly ridiculous. It favours bots and people who can be there at the end of an auction, and undercut 'the edge' by that tiny fraction. From the borrowers' perspective it's in the noise (0.05% on 100k over 5 years amounts to a cup of coffee every second week or something, as long as it's machine coffee); from the lenders perspective it is just annoying .. I don't mind being undercut if it's a rate significantly lower than I was willing to play at, but being undercut by 0.05p a year or some such is just annoying, trust me on that. The BOE uses 0.25%. ReBS uses 1%. Even FC used 0.1% (and collapsed under the 'cascade bidding' load at the end of auctions, as soon as demand exceeded supply).

Very minor point, but when I log in I'd like to be dumped straight onto my summary page rather than the auction page.....

Currently the "My Money" summary doesn't appear to reconcile properly. The 0.25% selling fees charged when loan parts are sold on the SM are not being picked up in "Fees To Date". Please can this be corrected ASAP? Thanks.

Hi everyone, Thanks for your feedback - we really appreciate your input and fully intend to use it to update the platform. This feedback will help us to provide you and the many other investors we hope will sign up with a better user experience. We are adding an update to show which loans you have already invested in and we'll be releasing this soon. SteveT the fees shown in the "Fees to Date" section are just the repayment fees you have paid to date and therefore don't include Loan Exchange sale fees. We will work on a fix for this. Please keep posting your feedback about the site - it helps us make updates that we know will be useful to our customers Thanks, LendingCrowd

lendingcrowd : A suggestion for the auction part of your site - I sometimes would like to bid for multiple parts of a loan at the same rate. Currently one has to pick the rate and select the amount for each part one wants to buy, which is unnecessary laborious. Could you please streamline the bidding by making your site remember the first choice or giving an option for how many parts one wants to buy?

Could you please streamline the bidding by making your site remember the first choice or giving an option for how many parts one wants to buy? Is there a good reason to hold multiple parts in a loan? If you list a £100 loan part and someone buys £50 of it, can you still cancel the rest of the sale? Also, do you continue to accrue interest on parts that have been listed on the loan exchange?

I tried that with a loan part I bought on the LC SM (so that I reached the CB threshold in time .... before that offer was extended!), intending to pull it back off the SM once about half was sold. However it all went at the same time so I didn't get the chance. I agree that, if there's no option but to list whole loan parts on the SM, an option to enter multiple smaller bids at the same rate (a la ReBS) would be helpful.

Yes, that makes sense, of course. Even if it's theoretically possible to sell half and take half back, you can't be sure of the chance to do so. Of course, there's the SS model, where you can sell part of a loan part, which is an alternative solution to the problem.

Just a quick one before we sign off for the weekend. There is now functionality on the Loan Auction showing if you have already bid on a loan and the value of these bids, and on the Loan Exchange showing how much you have invested in each loan. We hope this helps make it easier for Investors to keep track of their investments. Attachment DeletedHave a great weekend! Kind regards, LendingCrowd

Like it (but lendingcrowd you should probably obscure the borrower names).
