I see our friend Mr. D***** P******* is trying his best to wriggle out of his commitment's and keep possession of the office block ,glad I'm well out of ,latest update

A defence to the possession claim has been received from the borrower and our appointed solicitors have made an application to the Court to strike it out

Yes my investment in this is into 5 figures. Lendy have done their reputation no good at all by lending to this geyser. They obviously ignored all the warning signs when others would not touch with a barge pole. I have in the past had many tens of thousands with Lendy but not anymore. I cannot trust Lendy to show the due diligence required so there is no incentive to place my money with them. I have friends who have fortunately not been caught out but because of my experience have taken their money out. Lendy have certainly got themselves a bad name over this one.

A man as wealthy and clever as DP is likely to have a very glamorous companion, probably less than half his age. Sadly, rich sly old men like this seem to have an aphrodisiac effect on young women.

First borrower claims abuse of process to delay the repossession hearing. Now the director is ill and it's delayed by over another month. Wonder what will be next.

My prediction: He will still be recovering after his recent serious illness and process will be further postponed until early March.
MrP has no intention of paying back. SS couldn't be told, could they?
